  • Tell us about your doctors, prescriptions, pharmacies, and other benefit preferences
  • We’ll show you plans in your area that fit your unique health needs
  • You can begin the enrollment process online when you’re ready, or you can call one of our licensed sales agents with any questions
  • Once your application is submitted, you’ll get an email from your chosen insurance company with next steps.

What to have on hand

Be ready with the following information to help our agents search for the best plan for you.

  • Your red, white, and blue Medicare ID card (don’t worry if you don’t have it yet, we can get started without it)
  • A list of your current medications 
  • The names of your doctors and specialists and your preferred hospitals and pharmacies
  • The current coverage you’re on, or are eligible for, including basic VA medical benefits, Medicaid, Extra Help, Tricare for Life/ChampVA, or a group or retirement policy
  • Helpful, but not required, is a list of the benefits and features you’re looking for in your plan
