Be ready with the following information to help our agents search for the best plan for you.

Your red, white, and blue Medicare ID card (don’t worry if you don’t have it yet, we can get started without it)
A list of your current medications
The names of your doctors and specialists and your preferred hospitals and pharmacies
The current coverage you’re on, or are eligible for, including basic VA medical benefits, Medicaid, Extra Help, Tricare for Life/ChampVA, or a group or retirement policy
Helpful, but not required, is a list of the benefits and features you’re looking for in your plan
